How can KC keep going to the Olive Pit?

Didn't the Olive Pit go out of business years ago because Cece put a rat in the restaurant to ensure they get a free meal? Thus making the business go out of business?

So The Olive Pit went out of business before KC even became a spy. So she really shouldn't be able to go to The Olive Pit.

On a side note, it would be funny to see KC meet Rocky at the Olive Pit since that was Rocky's favorite restaurant.

Cece and Rocky live in Chicago and KC lives in Washington DC.

And quite possibly there is a restaurant chain of Olive Pits more or less based on the Olive Garden chain of restaurants.
