Tears of the Jolly Beetle-snap judgement

Captain Mans Kryptonite
The episode begins with Captain Man and Henry getting medals and a coupon for yogurt, from the citizens of swellville in a ceremony at City hall, in the audience are Jasper, Charlotte and Piper, the first awkward moment of the night and the first pseudo-star wars allusion comes when Piper says that Kid Danger ( her brother ) is so hot.
As the award ceremony comes to an end Jasper wanting a autograph on his captain man action figure, throws it to Captain Man and hits him right in the mouth, , Captain Man is surprised when he gets a bloody lip -which is a bad thing because Captain Man is suppose to be invulnerable .
Back at the lab Gooch runs tests on Captain Man , and discovers that its true, Captain Man has indeed lost his invulnerability. It turns out Captain Man has his own form of Kryptonite-the tears of the Jolly Beetle, The Jolly Beetle is the happiest insect on Earth, but its tears for some reason or another disrupt Captain Mans powers.
we meet the villain of the Night, who has dozens of the Beetles, watching a sad Movie, in which a Dog has to be set free, or maybe it was a wolf, anyway the Beetles think its so sad they are crying their little hearts out.
This episode is told in classic three act formula, Captain Man loses his powers, Captain man sinks into depression, Captain Man comes to the rescue. Its all pretty straight forward. Captain Man man shows deep down he is truly a hero as he goes to rescue Henry even though he is now vulnerable.

A side story has Jasper squeezing into a pair of skinny Jeans, Jeans so tight , he needed half the staff at the Jeans store to help him shoehorn into them.

The Villain of this episode is Dr Mainac,
To get the Beetles to laugh and produce a liquid that will give Captain Man his powers back they have them watch an episode of Drake and Josh.

Both stories intertwine when an emergency signal is produced by Jasper wandering through Swellview park crying for help because he is trapped in his Jeans- when Charlotte sees that it is Japser who is in this strange predicament she rolls her eyes.

Charlotte is quickly becoming the Brains of the operation, she used scientific deduction to figure out where the Beetles were being held and also spotted what caused Captain Mans power loss in the first place.

Pipers tag line is quickly becoming-"I am not Ok," which is a takeoff on captain Mans motto-"I'm Ok"

Tonights weird excuse why Henry is not around: His Goldfish had babys.

Big foreign lady that had to be pulled out of the Swamp.

This episode had a little more seriousness thrown in, but had the typical TV show cliche ending, where the Hero or star of the show faces his/her fears and saves the day. Henry showed incredible bravery in this episode, which comes back to my theory that Henry will be proven to be more than is apparent.

Fourth Wall broken- When the gang is in the lab, Henry ask what would make the Beetles cry, a serious music plays and all 4 actors in the scene look upward as if waiting for the scene transition.

This was probably the best episode so far, as it dealt with Captain Man having a bit of a breakdown after losing his powers but finding his inner courage in the end.

clever pop culture allusion- the warehouse where the Beetles are being held is on Abbey Lane-the street where The Beatles recorded most of their hits.
