"Jasper Danger : episode snap judgement-( spoilers)

The all time most popular kid sitcom has to be " Diff'rent strokes, a show that was famous for its " Very special episodes" episodes that were darker in themes and came with disclaimer, one of the most famous of these episodes concerned Arnold and Kimberly Hitchhiking a ride and getting kidnapped, in the Schniderverse there are no " very special episode," the shows are too disconnected from reality, still a scene with two young teens kidnapped, tied, and their mouth covered with duct tape, brought back memories from that episode from so long ago.
Its an interesting episode in that Kid Danger himself really never appears, in Fact Jace seems to be taking this episode off, as Jasper gets much more screen time. Its the classic episode built around a lie that gets out of control, its classic " I Love Lucy" we have seen it a million times in the past, the character tells a lie to impress the opposite sex, a situation occurs in which the character must act on the lie, the episode ends with the character coming clean.
Captain Man like kid Danger is off screen more then on, must of the show is carried by Jasper and his new girlfriend, and Dumb Bob-the Villain of the story who kidnaps Jasper and the girl and holds them for 1 million dollars ransom. When Captain Man goes to the rescue ( reluctantly) Henry stays back so as not to embarrass Jasper.
The secondary story is built around Piper-who must go trick or treating and when Henrys parents bail out, Henry must take her. we get the first ever Jonathan Swift mention on a Nick show, who is next Montaigne? It seems Piper wanted a Taylor Swift costume but Daddy dummest ordered her a costume based on an Irish Satirist.
Though i think Piper in a Taylor Swift costume would have been funnier.
The Twist in this episode comes in the end, we have the prototypical Mr Drummond heart to heart talk with Arnold-"Arnold Lying never leads to anything but more lies, and the important part of any relationship is truth. Don't you think you better tell the truth."
" Whatcha talking about Mr Drummond?"

Mr Man is the stand in for Mr Drummond and Jasper is Arnold, the only problem is when Jasper goes to tell the girl the truth he pulls a fast one and keeps the lie going, Jasper still holds onto the kid Danger subterfuge-where will we go from here?

Charlotte: I don't even know, looks like a scene out of the Omaha Beach scene in Saving Private Ryan, with Yellow Noodles for Intestines.

captain Man: You did only stun her( piper)right?
Henry:" I think so, the green button is stun, and the purple button is kill, right, or is it the other way round?
Captain Man: ' I can never keep track of it myself."

It being Halloween, Gooch feeds his pet plant a jelly Bean.
The episode gets really freaky in the last 30 seconds: While Henry and piper are returning to the house, Piper is really questioning him about things, and she says she is going to tell mom and Dad, when a man and a child walk up to them, the child is also dressed as Jonthan Swift( what are the odds) but seeing another kid dressed similarly is a tonic on Piper and she happily goes off with the kid to hang out, a Black Cat appears in the corner of the screen walking on Henrys porch, the father of the boys says he will look after the kids, Henry goes inside the house, the camera zooms in on the mans face his eyes turn green and he laughs the Vincent Price laugh from Thriller, as Henry looks on perplexed.
The Big beefy is introduced: Its a hamburger so large nobody can eat 2.
Dumb Bob keep his corn chips in the bathroom with the toilet paper.i guess so he can eat and go at the same time.
Henry zaps his sister to the shock of Charlotte.
kind of unnerving to see Piper knocked out cold in the same episode we see Jasper and his girlfriend Tied and gagged,but it is Halloween right, the scariest night of the year

Henrys parents appear for the first time since the 2nd episode, and they have about a minute of screen time before they disappear. The Mother in a Garbage bag is interesting symbolism .
