Why is there no episode #8 listed?

Does anyone know why there is no #8 listed?

In a weird way, it kind of balances out the episode count in HD's case. The pilot episode is a two-parter, but it's counted as a single episode. So skipping #8 it sort of makes up for the second half of the pilot not being counted as an episode in itself.

Oh wow, I never knew that about certain Nick shows and I've kept track of several.

The Space Rock is actually 108 though.

It's a number between 7 and 8 called derth (I hope I referenced that right)
