Actually, all of Dan Schneider's shows use the 4-camera live studio audience/laugh track hybrid format. He actually explains exactly how it works on his blog here: http://danwarp.blogspot.com/2009/09/laugh-tracks-on-tv-shows.html

Essentially, they film anything that's not stunts or special effects in front of a live studio audience, and whichever version of the "laughs" is best, is the version they use on the final cut (which might be another actual take).

So if on the first take, Henry says "I know what you mean!" and the audience goes "HAHAHAHA! 😁" and then there's some screw up that makes them have to redo the scene 7 more times, by the 7th take, the audience reaction to "I know what you mean!" is more like, ".. heh heh 😐", so they re-insert the audience reaction from the first take (when it was the first time the audience heard the joke) over the 7th take (when everyone got their lines right).

Then when they need to add special effects to a scene (which can't be done live), they use a laugh track. So it's not a "live studio audience" the way they do it on Friends or Seinfeld, "where whatever reaction the take gets, is the one they USE, no exceptions!" -- it's more like "best of the live studio audience reactions" -- which arguably might seem like cheating a bit, but I guess I understand why they do it.
