Dan shows have always had a star that gets pretty successful (e.g. Amanda Bynes, Ariana Grande, Miranda Cosgrove, Josh Peck, Drake Bell), but this might be his only show where that's not going to happen. Jace Norman is not funny and is just a bad actor.
shareIt's only the second episode. I'm pretty sure people were saying that about Drake Bell or Josh Peck when their show first came out. The same lady who casted Drake, Amanda, Miranda, Ariana, Victoria, etc. casted Jace, so I'm pretty sure the woman knows what she is doing.
I don't get how Jace is a terrible actor. I think he is doing great. Whether you like Dan or not, one thing he does not do is cast terrible actors.
Schneider's shows have never been known for their oscar caliber scripts. This is his first major acting job I believe, he's going to grow into the role as the show continues, like all the previous stars in Schneider's shows have.

They might not all be successful right now. Amanda Bynes has fallen off a cliff, but they've all been very successful at some point in their careers.

shareI agree, I don't care if there have only been a few episodes, this show stinks and the acting is terrible. The premise isn't bad, I just can't stand watching this cast.
