Nobody was seriously doing anything about the fact that there were ridiculous stupid laws that would never be made in a million years. Like getting arrested for biting into an ice cream instead of licking? WTF!

Captain Man shouldn't have gone to jail but he was definitely in the wrong and not only that he was a hypocrite about it.
The whole episode didn't make sense. When the cop comes to the Hart's house and tells them that one of their children is in jail the parents automatically assume it's Piper and thought she wouldn't get arrested until she is a teen then. Piper comes in and tells the parents that best way to take care of the situation and then the parents destroy the cop's radio and then pulls down his pants.
1. Since when did Piper ever show any signs of being a criminal?. She may have acted like a brat but she didn't do anything criminal.
2. Why would parents actually take the advice of their 11 year old daughter on a matter like that especially when you just said she was a criminal. Jake and Siren have to be the dumbest parents on television.
