I wouldn't call it sexual tension but I would say Piper may have a small crush on Jasper because for a girl who claims to hate him she certainly has no problem involving him in her schemes.

Except Jasper and Piper aren't related.

Piper is like that with everyone. A lot of people find her annoying, but I get a kick out of her sassiness dialed up to 11.
