Yes. The zombie kiss was a big wtf moment and her getting the lighter to ignite at just the right time was Hollywood cheese on top of this.

There are miniscule plot elements, and tiny character defining moments, but mostly it's scarying, running, shooting, action scenes strung together.
I figure every time I see an action scene in a movie, it's kind of like nudity - you aren't really going to see anything new or interesting and every moment they are doing this they are cheating your of an actual movie with plot and chartacters - because they are incompetent.
I binged the first three episodes tonight. I thought episode 2 was one of the best episodes of television ever. Hall of Famer IMO.

shareI have friends at work who agree. It’s also got the highest IMDB rating of the three episodes thus far. (1=9.2, 2=9.3, 3=8.0)
And I am not some naive youngster who hasn’t seen much television. Been watching TV shows 55 years.
It was a slightly above average episode of television, you and your friends must be complete idiots or 12 years old.
