If memory serves, she was wearing that rather fetching red dress when she and Lucas ran from the collapsing castle at the end of episode 3. She was back in the cop's jacket at the beginning of the next episode.

I noticed this, too. I suppose her old clothes were in the pack that Lucas was carrying at the end of 3, even though it didn't really seem big enough.
Possibly, but it does beg the question of why did Lucas decide to sneak into her room and grab her clothes!

Another question is how did she get her shoes back? In the dungeon we she her barefoot and after she escaped through the sewer hatch she has shoes on.
