Death at Hotel - Spoiler but who cares
Okay, her nausea went away after a body was removed from hotel. Are we to gather that she killed this person? She, then felt better, from the release of tension building. Weird, that there was no conversation between David and Rachel about someone dying in the hotel. David seemed quite unaffected.
You have to assume that the dead person must have appeared to have died from natural causes or everyone present would be interviewed. Plot hole!
It looked like David's SUV was parked in a different direction on that night. We never learned the significance of that. Plot hole!
