And I loved the starz series. But my god, is there a plot? Or is it random scenes vomited on screen randomly?

I liked it. It's Shane Dawson so you should have known what you were getting. There were two plots, and they were explained pretty early. One is about the girl getting with Shane's character, and the other is about her friend trying to get with Shane's sister. It reminds me of early Kevin Smith. Lots of (mostly dirty)jokes, but rough around the edges.
