Classic very convenient pregnancy in true telenovela style. In reality, a woman as dead-set against more children as Xo would've had her tubes tied.
shareCorrect me if I'm wrong... but the timining makes it unlikely to be Esteban's. She received the hamper the day before Jane's wedding (??). If the baby is Esteban's, that means she received a positive pregnancy test only a couple of days after doing the deed. Anyone who's tried getting pregnant, knows that's not possible.
