If they showed it, then the mystery would be gone for the viewers. But Tommy said that his father, Hiro, said to not step on butterflies and unravel time. How did Tommy know where Malina was in Missouri?
If Noah died from the car falling on him, his dying from being the conduit was inconsequential. Thus a small thread that was pulled. He could have used anyone, anything as a conduit, but why not use someone who was had died, and would be the conduit voluntarily.

shareWhich is the opinion of MANY viewers, EXCEPT they threw in something about "the conduit has to be willing", which is total BS because when it first happened shown in a flashback in the VERY SAME EPISODE, the Company guy running the test for Angela was (obviously) only thinking "get the kids apart", not "I want to help them blow off the roof by being a conduit for their powers!"
