So there's going to be a Human Extinction Level Event - which is going to wipe out humanity. She is trying to save humanity by bringing around 12,000 people into the future so that humanity does not become extinct. It's a ridiculous plot device to miraculously have 2 Evo's who can save Earth from the H.E.L.E.
If you have the ability to save some lives, you save those lives. The lives you don't save doesn't mean you are killing them.
In my eyes, Erica was only looking to save humanity so I never saw her as the "bad guy".
Erica is a modern day Hitler. She is only saving those she wants to and who would be useful to her. In the heroes universe - the evo's are the next stage in human evolution - they have evolved to survive - Erica is leaving every Evo behind, in order to save those she deems fit - what right does she have to decide who lives or dies, if her goal was to evade the hele, and save as many people as possible, then i would agree with your statement, but to allow 7 billion people to die and to save just 12,000 is madness. It was Malina and Tommy/Nathan's destiny to save the world, but Erica has now been blinked out of exsistance - because that future never happens - a fitting end for a horrible person.

She's doing what every EMT, Firefighter, Cop, Miliary, and Reacue Unit does, DAILY.
CHOOSING who to save and let the rest die.
If you own the only rescue boat, you get to make those choices. Right or wrong.
You can't tell me you'd leave your family and friends behind to save what others might consider to be 'more important' people.

Yes really.
She isn't doing what every EMT, Firefighter etc does daily - they make decisions to save life - which isn't made due to a persons religious ethnicity or race etc - thats like saying if Micah Sanders and Noah Bennett got into a car crash, they would save Noah because he is "normal" and let Micah die because he is an evo - any medical professional would priorities Micah over Noah because of his age, regardless of if he had a super power.
Hitler wanted to eradicate all Jewish people. Erica wants to eradicate all evolved people.
They are more alike than you care to admit.
...and before you spout on about how she was raped by an evo, so she is justified in killing, thats not how it works, the rapist was a man - that doesnt give her the right to murder any man she sees.
