Questions/Observations about the last 3 episodes (mostly the finale).

1) When we see the shots of the 3 cars driving, the distance to Odessa is shown. Not only it reminds us that they're all going to there, it implies that the finale will be like the 1st season finale: All the characters in the same place. That never happens. In fact, CARLOS' group are with LUKE's group for... what? A minute?

2) It's been so long since the original series so maybe I'm wrong, but I remember MATT being a really nice guy. When he showed up here as a villain, I assumed he would get a redemption by the end. Instead, he never changes and gets the most cruel resolution of all the characters in this season (and maybe all of them), as if he was the most evil character.

3) TOMMY's mom reminds him that HIRO had told him not to change the past, because it would have terrible consequences. Well, if you change the present after having been to the future, isn't it the same thing? What if he & Patricia Arq-- I mean MALINA had stop the H.E.L.E. while everyone was still in the future? Would they have disappeared forever? Is that what happened to ERICA?

4) Were the writers so out of ideas that they had no choice than to repeat themselves? The scene where QUENTIN shoots his sister didn't have much impact because we had seen the exact same situation with LUKE & JOANNE in the previous episode. Actually, LUKE and NOAH sacrifice themselves in the very same episode!

5) TOMMY is kind of a jerk to NOAH. "Hey, it seems like you're predestined to die to save the world. My great grandma said you're the only one... but it's up to you. What do you say?". And later, when they're all holding hands, he says "You don't have to do this". Come on!

6) Why is ANGELA young again in her last scene?

7) The whole point of reviving the show was to give the story a proper ending. They solved the cliffhanger of the world learing about the EVOs... but we still don't know the fates of a lot of the original main characters (specially PETER, who was arguably the protagonist). I get that the actors were busy, but why not have a character talk about them? Also, the scheduling is no excuse for giving more importance to the new characters than the old characters who did return.

8) Was there a reason in particular why the main cast wasn't listed in alphabetical order like in the original series?

From what I tried to read, ALL of those questions were answered. months ago.

It takes a special kind of troll to spoiler every other sentence, making it impossible to even quote you, as the click+drag feature ignores the covered areas.

How is that possible if those episodes aired less than 2 months ago? Anyway, what are the answers?

How is that trolling? I just covered the spoilers. And if it's too hard for you to quote me, don't. Just use the same numbers for each answer (like ih8tt did).

Why did you re-post that and highlighted those parts? I already read it and answered to you.

Because, if this had ended up as a long thread, people would have to scroll back to the top to remind themselves of what observation 4 was about since it could not be quoted in the reply.

If at first you don't succeed, keep trying til you find someone to blame.

re: 7) and apparently, Milo had no problem returning to his Gilmore Girls character on that 'sequel' miniseries, so either he was offered a deal, but didn't take it, or he was never offered a role in Reborn
