If my memory serves me right I think there was a man in the artic that escaped (cut off his foot or something) and flew away. Is my mind playing tricks on me? Or did they really do nothing with that character other than that initial scene.

shareHe was shown again in the beginning of the June 13 two parter. You see him flying down into the summit for a few seconds. He never speaks. But yeah, after that, you never see him again. They did more with the ice man than they did with him.
shareSeems like a missed opportunity to me. He could've had a pretty interesting story. But I guess they already had too many characters for 13 episodes as it was.
