In the original series, I remember Noah getting a blood transfusion with Clair's blood, so wouldn't he still have it 5 years later? So technically, wouldn't he have been able to save himself in episode 13?

First off, I never took Biology 101 and secondly, that took me to a Google page "how often does the human body replace...." Which is what I WASN'T asking. My question was;
Claire can heal herself. If Noah got a blood transfusion with Clair's blood, causing him tonhave her ability, shouldn't he still have it by the end of the reborn series? Clair only died because her son was a Petrelli (as Angela stated) and took her ability.... Okay, I think I just answered my own question.
