I'm not against driving children to exceed, but he carried it to ridiculous extremes.
And he could be prosecuted for (1) shoplifting, (2) child endangerment: rock climbing on a sheer cliff (that's really dangerous) and sending his kid up on a roof on a ridiculous rescue mission, (3) trespassing and illegal entry for the aforesaid roof incident, and (4) indecent exposure: letting it all hang out in the doorway of the bus.
You might not agree with those laws, but they are laws and should be respected. He's a bad father and a bad person.
If I went back and viewed it again I could probably come up with more instances of child endangerment, but that's not gonna happen.
