Are they producing all 13 episodes? tvbythenumbers says no

I thought they were going to produce and film all remaining episodes bringing total to 13. However, tvbythenumbers.com says they are not. Does anyone know?

Emily Kapnek tweeted that the remaining 6 episodes (of the 13 total) would air on Hulu with one episode coming out per week. So, yes, all 13 will be made or have already been made. Believe the show creator over tvbythenumbers.com. I think the person making the show would know more.

Thanks nightc1. I agree about believing the show creator over a website. The weird thing about tvbythenumbers.com is that they are usually 99% accurate on everything they report. That is why i posted my question.
