Excellent show. Reminded me of B in Apt 23, which also made me laugh out loud. And also got cancelled. Why do these good hearted shows that are clever get cancelled?

Just letting people who don't have hulu know they can see the show. I think the reason it got cancelled is because the target audience didn't know it existed. Maybe not though. My mom and sister in law are a lot like that Julia character and they hated selfie. I mean they viscerally hated it. Of course my wife is more like Eliza, and she loved it. I think selfie was polarizing to women viewers and men aren't tuning in unless their wife likes Eliza......

Both Karen and John are talented actors, and it was refreshing to see two leads on a show like this. The concept, like you said, just wasn't one that appealed to the masses.
I am so sad Selfie was cancelled. This show just kept getting better and better. I particularly found Karen Gillan to be both poignant and so funny. They should have given this wonderful show more time to get whatever size audience they thought they needed.
