What happened to her accent normal Scottish lilt? The accent she's using in this show is dreadful..

I love her American accent. She nails it perfectly and if i didn't know she was Scottish, i'd thought she was an American actress.

Well... like the other poster said, she's acting. Acting often requires an actor/actress to have an accent.

The same happened with Rebel Wilson in "Super Fun Night".

I thought her American accent in this was pretty good.
