It was allegedly a CIA drop point.
Considering there are actors playing Clinton and Bush, the movie is clearly going to be based on the conspiracy theories that the CIA was involved in the cocaine trade, with Clinton's involvement as Governor of Arkansas.
The drug smuggling at Mena almost single handed bankrolled bull S and hillllry rodman clinton's political and private lives, along the hundreds of thousands of dollars they swindled the taxpayers out of in the Whitewater scheme. Bush was later falsely linked to Mena because they know millions of people are stupid enough to believe it. Wait and see if they don't even mention bull S and hilllly rodman. It is hollyweird after all.

That is total crap. It's just another right wing conspiracy theory about the Clintons. The republicans were sore losers at a two-term Democrat and decided to launch "The Arkansas Project". TAP was bankrolled by Richard Mellon Scaife who paid people like David Brock to dig up dirt on the Clintons in the 90s. When they didn't find much dirt, they made things up like Clinton raping a woman and smuggling drugs and even having two state troopers killed. It was all fiction made up by Scaifes lackeys. David Brock, one of those involved turned on them and exposed all the lies in a book called "Blinded By The Right".

shareMena is very interesting to study. It is linked to all sorts of very well known characters. Watch this documentary about Bill and Hillary Clinton, which claims to show their involvement within the cocaine distribution in and out of Arkansas and the evidence is overwhelming. You would have to lie to yourself to not see the evidence and where it takes you. You can only dismiss so much and when you can connect the dots, then the truth only becomes more clear. Term for self-delusional A-holes that convince themselves that one and one equals three..... this particular Wackadoo Theory involves the clintons and Mena because they both happen to be in Arkansas at the same time ......when the truth is the CIA and its secret Transport Service air America found a perfect spot to do business at the very edge of the United States and run circles around a then very very naive and uninformed governor and his wife in a very poor Backwater state of the late seventies early eighties saying Bill and Hillary Clinton controlled mena is like saying a retard runs the Special Olympics they might be in it but they don't run it
