episode 1 and two unwatchable bad. does it get better?

Yes!! This is a brilliant comedy with great character development too. I didn't like the family at first but by the end of season one I did start to love them. At the end of the series, I was sad it was over.

Give it a few more episodes and if it is still not gripping you, then at least you gave it a go. :-)

Did you give it another chance yet? I bailed about 15 minutes into ep one. I’m interested in your opinion on whether it improves.

I really wanted to like it so I am considering trying again. I bailed during the arguemnt about the doors and the apology. I just couldn’t endure it!

I remember watching the first couple of episodes a while back, and not getting into it. I stopped watching.

Then, I caught a few episodes from later seasons, while my partner watched at home. Last month, we decided to watch it from the beginning... I have really enjoyed (and laughed) watching it from the beginning, now that I already love the characters.

I didn't like the first episodes, either, but it gets a lot better

I didn't care that much for it in the beginning either, but by the end I was crying. It was like saying goodbye to my family. Such a sweet show.

Gonna give it another chance to grow on me :)
