Wouldn't get too excited after watching the movies it's about a 7/10. Starts off okay then dips in the middle when Statham is doing the jobs that he initially refused in order to keep Jessica alba's character alive.

It pick's up towards the end. Tommy lee jones is barely in the movie, literally he appears near the end. He's the last person Statham has to kill.

The movie's plot is paper thin. I was worried because nothing relevant was happening for the first 30-35 min, other than tons of aerial shots around Rio de Janeiro, Statham doing a laughable stunt by junping on a hang-glider and a pointless ( though fast ) sex scene. Oh, and he was also dancing with Jessica Alba during the night.

The movie definitely picks up once he finally gets forced to kill 3 targets. It's action heavy.

 well I hope you didnt pay to watch the worst Statham movie ever  even one of the worst movies of 2016 

Feels a little more like a generic action movie. Can't really decide if I like it more than the Statham remake. It's good to see Jessica Alba and Tommy Lee Jones again, though. That's sort of a bonus.

It's been so long since I saw the Bronson original. I guess it's time.
