Doing not so bad considering competition

Big mistake from Disney to relaese this against Rogue One and Sing, I can understand Sing is from another company but Star Wars Rogue One? They shuld had launch Doc Strange a couple of weeks before and Moana the week Doc Strange was relaesed, so Moana could had a couple of weeks "free" then other couple of weeks vs Fantastic beasts a not so heavy contender, but this is like a fresh contender from the middleweigh division going to heavyweigh division for the first time and had him in the championship fight againt Mike Tyson and a Mixed Martial arts invitee both at the same time.
What was Disney thinking?
Anyway is holding it with is fingernails, if it makes more than $500 millions it will be a great achievement.

Their Thanksgiving strategy is becoming a little shopworn it would seem. The Good Dinosaur bombed in this slot last year and they are doing the same thing with Pixar's Coco next year.

Pisku...agreed. If it gets to 500 millionit will be by it's "fingernails". That has to be disappointing to Disney and no matter what so many on this board are saying, tjey expected much more than this.

I think they need to stop underestimating Illumination and become a little more sharper and nimble in their release schedule response to that crap factory.

It needs 600 million to break even factoring in markrting costs

What did he say?

He said he spoke to a Disney exec and that's how he knows the budget, then pulled the classic DC troll line of saying Disney pays off critics. 

Wow. Just wow. Stop trolling.
