Seriously, every Disney princess for the last 20 years has been some kind of ethnic minority... it's getting old. Get back to white European girls.

So... Rapunzel? Merida? Anna AND Elsa? I mean, I suppose you could push it really far and say that Anna and Elsa are part Saami (as Kristoff was) but... probably not, they're royalty. But Rapunzel is a blonde haired blue eyed white girl in a fictional version of Austria-ish, and Merida is a red haired, green eyed Scottish Celt.
Rapunzel has green eyes.

That's still a majority white!!
Of that list, there's only one less princess on the 'color' side. It's not like it's a vast majority. Princesses aside...
If Big Hero 6 is counted, Honey Lemon and Go Go are both women of color. In Zootopia, Judy is a bunny, and not human. If the Disney Junior shows are counted, then Doc McStuffins is black, and Sofia was originally meant to be hispanic (they retconned her to white due to backlash even though white latinos do exist...smh...).
