Could the baby sea turtle be baby Crush? Thinking how he turned to his side and waved like Crush from Finding Nemo.

I believe that's the case. While it doesn't make sense as a connected universe, as this is set many, many years before Finding Nemo, it does make sense with how often Disney throws in little Easter eggs like that.

Could be Crush's great grandfather cause they could live up to 100 years!

That's what I said all along during that part in the movie and another in the audience replied: "omigod you're right it is baby Crush!"

No. Moana takes place many hundreds of years before Nemo. I know some people think Polynesians still live in thatched huts and wear traditional clothing, but they stopped doing that a very long time ago. They drive cars and have day jobs. ;)
