anyone seen it
please tell
shareI watch Scorpion every week.
sharehow is it ???
shareIf scientific inaccuracies, a lot of exposition or ridiculous situations becoming more and more ridiculous bothers you then this might not be the show for you.
If, however, that does not bother you or it would not in a show that does not take itself seriously then you might like it.
The show has good characters and is generally a fun show to watch. If you want a show that you can watch, enjoy then forget about until the next week Scorpion might be for you.
I think I will pass - thanks for the info.
shareNo problem. I happen to be watching it now and thought I would check the board and saw your post.
shareI am thinking about bingeing Fringe instead.
share"the Fringe" or "Fringe"?
If it is "Fringe" by staring Anna Torv, Joshua Jackson and John Noble definitely watch that :) I love that show and can not recommend it more.
sorry Fringe (2008)
shareTHAT's the one. I hope you enjoy it. As with most shows it might start off slow but it is well worth the time investment.
Interestingly enough both Scorpion and Fringe were created by Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci.
I may binge Fringe over Christmas - a 100 episodes is a lot. I thought Fringe and Scorpion were similar I didn't realize they had the same creator.
shareSame creator but very different shows. I went over to the Fringe board and saw your post there and I obviously agree with the other posters.
To add to that conversation here (then i have to head to bed) it starts out very similar to X-files in that the investigations are about weird things but they are generally related to stuff Dr. Walter Bishop (John Noble) had worked on before being placed in an insane asylum. Those things that he worked on are connected to stuff that he and his old friend William Bell, who has gone missing, were working on.
While many episodes can be taken as standalone they are part of a larger storyline and that storyline is executed better than the X-files storyline in my opinion. It is just so cool and I would add more but do not want to accidentally spoil anything.
Have fun with it and good night.
Fringe is great
Scorpion is great
It's a win-win
I've been a fan of the show since day one. What makes it work are the flawed characters and how you know no matter what they start to do something will always go wrong (like real life).
