Didn't celebrate Hallowe'en in Ireland?

Eh. Yes we do! Hallowe'en originated in Ireland. I wish the writers would do a bit of research.

Maybe Walter was just talking about his family not celebrating it, not Ireland as a whole. Or he could have meant that HE didn't celebrate it because he figured it was stupid and illogical. Who knows with this guy? I thought he was becoming more human but lately, I find Data and Sheldon Cooper to be much more human than him.

reply

You're probably right, he definitely would think it's a stupid thing to do. I think the reason he's been acting like his old self is because he's heartbroken over Paige and Tim.

reply

Yeah I'd say it's just Walter. I recall him repeatedly saying "This is absurd, I hate feeling absurd" when he had to wear that Super Fun Guy costume.

"Get out here, son! There's a doin's a transpirin'!!"

reply

Trick or treating too?

Regards,
Lori

reply

Yes.

They don't celebrate Bonfire night. That was for them a failure in getting rid of those prods.

reply

We have bonfires at Hallowe'en, but our main 'bonfire night' is 23rd June (St. John's Eve).
