The premiere should have been two hours.
The beginning of the second feels like its still part of the first one. I think it would have had a better impact if they were aired side by side.

I felt like all the build up to them dying at the same time in the first episode left very little room for the premise of the show, which was actually explained in the second episode. I think if they hadn't made this a two hour premiere, then perhaps the second episode might have fit better as the first one, and then the second was like them flashing back to what happened to all of them.
It might have helped if they left out some of the background info on the individual characters until a later episode too.
I agree too, i thought the first ep was really boring but i like to give a show a few eps before i decide if i dont like it. Also i had missed the original premier date so i watched it online when there were 2 eps then. If ppl only watched the first ep n thought it was boring, they wouldn't tune in the next week to watch it. Yes it definitely should have been 2 hrs for the pilot.
