shareIt is probably that the viewers (U.S. Watching the show) see one person as not to confuse the audience, but the devil (aka "The Man") can change his appearance as he wishes. If that is so, and most likely, they can't just say he looks like so and so. ALTHOUGH, when the kid with the super-strength was in jail and visited by the woman who was in the coma, she described the devil (pretending to be the court appointed attorney), and said that was who visited him. So who knows?
