As the heretofore unnamed Asian woman was going through the security scanner, it showed her with a pair of wings just like the others'. Is she the 7th Angel of the Apocalypse? She seems to be a con woman and a thief--"not that there's anything wrong with that. . ."

No, i would imagine she's a previous messenger. Like the old woman Peter was talking to.

Yeah I used to love dying, but that speech really turned me around.

The plot summary of this episode on Amazon said "and we finally meet the seventh angel"

I'm assuming Amazon gets the summaries from the Network so this does seem to confirm that she is the 7th Angel.
