How is this already cancelled?
It just freaking started. cW usually gives things enough time. I am very annoyed with them. I can't break the news to my mom. All of our new shows got the ax.

I have to think they wanted it to fail and it did in ratings, and they wasted no time canceling it!
I mean why cancel it after 3 eps if your going to air them all?
this isnt my type of show, and I only watched to see Sofia Black, but I liked
it .
This show never had a chance as CW Exec's did all they could to kill it.
They could have used it as a late summer show. or started it back up in jan.

Most likely it already failed for the test audience and they did not manage to fix it. So they just put it on the death slot and wondered whether some audience might get unexpectedly attracted which could justify to continue the show on a low budget. But as it seems the Lord did not smile upon the showrunner and this miracle did not happen. So they just cut their losses.
shareI have to agree, it seems like this show was set up to fail from the get-go...though I am not sure why it would even be put on air if it was destined to just be a slot filler, unless they were just trying to make a little bit of cash back since they already forked out the money to film the 13 episodes. The casting is BAD, the actors (for the most part) are either completely out of their depth or they are having to deal with some seriously bad scripts, the special effects are BAD (those wings just made me LOL when we first saw them).
It all just feels so generic, and its a shame because I do think that with the right cast and crew, this show could have gone places...certainly longer than 13 episodes. This most recent episode, where the 'Man' drops a truth-bomb on the Messengers...this was by far the most interesting episode...and I was sitting there thinking afterwards that they should have cut out so much of the first few episodes, and headed out the gate with this episode or gotten to this part sooner...maybe it might have picked up more of an audience and might have hung in there a little longer...

So they should have had the turn around reveal before we got to know the characters?
This show was killed on the third episode. How could they have built this story so that learning about Rose was anything more than exposition rather than a twist in two episodes?
On the other hand 5 episodes to stop - or not - one horseman... a 13 episode miniseries sounds just about right. I won't feel cheated.
