Don't get principal roles in a major company after one dance class!

I'm watching the first episode and it's such a contrived female fantasy. Claire is special, she's an outcast who is picked out as a star, she's desired by powerful and rich men.

I like that ballet is a back drop and that the dancers do their own performances but I'm wishing it was more original.

Hmm...for me,it is one of the more original series around..I have no idea how this will pan out.

She is a little bit of a marry sue. Compare to Mozart in the jungle where the protagonist barely manages to land a minor role.
