Was she in an accident? Did they have to do total facial reconstruction?

just a really bad plastic surgery,I'm sure she regrets it.

It seems to have gone back to normal (or she had more surgery?) in Bridget Jones' Baby (which I think she filmed after this).

But Keanu Reeves? He looks like absolute crap in this - old and very unattractive. Whaa? Maybe the lighting is somewhat to blame as every actor in this looks lousy.
