All of season 7 was like the Korea Town Killer. Virtually random, looks like it's going to mean something but doesn't, gets wrapped up in a few seconds after episodes of repetitive buildup, and has no baring on the plot.
This was the worst season of Bosch ever. They should have quit while they were behind.
