the very interesting & imo insightful aspect of this was that the whole family had their fantasies about their brother/son. they were all living in a dream world. the father, who abused the daughter, wanted vengeance for his son, the sister was trapped in the family home in denial of what her father had done, at least, and the mother who abandoned her children had conned herself into thinking 'it would all work out'.
alcoholism, sexual/emotional/physical abuse, denial, abandonment. all the main dysfunctional dynamics in one unhappy family.
Probably the same as Johnny Stokes. She was a minor and statute of limitations.
