White wrist bracelet (parachord?)
What is the significance. Is it perhaps another military badge for veterans of one of the Gulf wars.

shareAll I can tell you they were all the rage at sleepaway camp circa 1980. They were just braided cotton cord that shrunk when wet so the only way to remove it was to cut it off. When we got them, IIRC, they were "friendship" bracelets, but by the time everyone was cutting theirs off they had become "virgin bracelets." Pretty sure Det. Bosch has had sex at least once, so perhaps their significance has changed in the last forty years or so. The only answer I can provide is they are not paracord, and likely predate its invention.
