This movie is rated 8.0 at IMDb???
This has to be the worst Superhero movie I've seen since Batman and Robin. It was horribly written, the pacing was all over the place, the humour felt forced, fell flat and managed to suck the life out of every scene.
Seriously, I can't think of a worse Superhero film since Batman and Robin. Even Spider-Man 3 and TASM 2 had some moments, but this was just an abomination.
It wasn't a great movie, but it was incredibly fun! It had everything I like - hot guys, humor, awesome special effects, fighting robots from New Zealand, drunk fights, diva villainesses, and big explosions.
I give it a solid 7 out of 10.

I liked it. Lots of people liked it! Enough people liked it to earn it truckloads of money and give it an 8 on IMDB.
I don't insist that you like it, if it's not your cup of tea it's not. Just don't assume it's a complete failure.
