He means that Hollywood doesn't make good movies anymore, they now only make the kind of over-CGI modern tera-production that's unnecessary for korean to make. Korean cinema have a lot of amazing storyteller nowadays, unlike Hollywood they only have a few, a lot of them now doing remake and work on blue-green-screen stuff.
