How many shows have been renamed because of a job change? Ever? I can think of only one, Two Guys and a Girl. It doesn't happen.

Info wonder if Elizabeth will even take the Vice President position and who would take over the Secretary of State position.

They could call it Veep, and bring in JLD to say *beep* every 12 seconds...

Well their was Yes, Minster. Which became Yes, Prime Minster. when the main character won the election.

Unlikely;... HBO didn't rename 'VEEP' after Selina Meyer became POTUS. People looking for the show understand this title. Changing it would be an extreme and radical step that would confuse rather than enlighten viewers.
