I keep seeing Tim kissing Tea at one side of her mouth.

It's so obvious that he goes right for her there. Instead of a direct peck in the center.

I don't know, but it just irritates the heck out of me.

I thought they were dating.

Come on dude, at least give her a kiss properly!
