Okay, that is not true. I don't know where you heard this, but Mary was human and as much of a sinner as anyone.
Of course she was human; that's the point - she was
conceived without the taint of original sin; she was the only human conceived without original sin.
No man or woman is without sin

Show me the passage that refutes this. There is nothing biblical to support your claim.
That's the point - it's not in the bible. It's dogma, not doctrine. When the bible was written (by men), science was at the point that people thought that a man basically planted a seed in a woman; as time went on, they understood that conception was part man and part woman, so it was deemed that Mary had to have been conceived without original sin.
