How can you say it's doing well based on one aired episode? Wait for the ratings for the next couple of eps before you get too excited!

True. It got ok ratings because its previous hour's lead-in was NBC's only highly rated show, The Voice.

In the coming weeks, it'll be clear whether it can stand on its own. But I also wouldn't be surprised if it simply disappears after its 6 episodes air.
