So much talent on this show, how is the writing this bad?

Seriously, is it NBC? They have good writers and good actors, yet the dialog is cringeworthy and the characters are 2 dimensional. How does this happen? I want this show to be good but right now it's just...not.

I love it. So much funnier than other shows (except undateable, it's the funniest).

I blame the director and the writers everyone on this show is so much better then how they have it. I'll watch it but I'm a guy so I'm biased.
