Oh please.

The show was terribly unfunny, which is kind of important for a comedy.

reply

Oh please. The show was hillarious. This is 100 times better than crap like Modern Family or Big Dumb Theory.

Wow, so mature

I don't think it was the case, the show had a good premise, but the acting was a bit... well... terrible. I think it would work maybe if Netflix picked it up. It just premiered a show called "Grace and Frankie" about two women whose husbands leave them for each other, so I think if this show got picked up by netflix and maybe overhauled into something a bit more daring, it would get much better.

I think the biggest problem with the show was the writing and that Eliza Cuthbert just didn't come off like a lesbian.

They went too safe, no one cares about besties having a baby. Had it been a polyamorous family the show would not have been cancelled.

Disappointed!!!!

It was cancelled because it was an unfunny piece of shít. Nothing to do with sexuality.

reply

It was cancelled because the writing was terrible, the acting was atrocious, and that laugh track was annoying as hell.

They don't cancel a show because the writing and acting is bad. They cancel a show due to low ratings. These days shows don't have a chance. It took Friends and Seinfeld several years before they found a solid audience and that stayed on the air a long time with only mediocre ratings and a few viewers.

I'm not against gay people at all, but why does every show have to have gay themes and characters? Elisha was in 2 shows with gay characters, maybe that's her thing.
