Stanley Tucci's Character Undeveloped

Tucci is a wonderful actor bringing gravitas to any role he plays, so it was with great surprise that the director and producers decided to limit his role somewhat.
His character feels more like an afterthought than a considered central role which a British police officer would have in such a situation. Admittedly, I haven't yet seen the entire series but if he does it make I hope the Fortitude team increase his role considerably.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention, it isn't unusual for American police officers to be 'seconded' to Scotland Yard and other British police forces at all as I read somewhere that his role was hard to believe. The reverse is also true, British police officers are often seconded to American, Canadian, New Zealand and Australian units much like their military brethren.

I choose to believe what my religion programs me to believe.

Yes he is a great actor but didn't have enough to do.

I think his role was just fine. He was pivotal to the plot moving forward and although his demise was abrupt, such is life. This whole season was just a beginning...
