Fire the continuity crew

First, Dennis Quaid cannot act, and he hams it up here to the max. But the coffee drinking scene (S02E03) was the worst, it was obvious he was holding an empty cup, tilting it all over the place, fake drinking hot coffee like it was cold water (or air in this case). Plus he's holding the cup, the camera flips around and now it's sitting on the bar, but dang, first someone show Quaid how to hold a cup like there's something in it.

Next, we have the scene where the reindeer is eating a polar bear. The dude drops his rifle in the snow out of resignation, the camera flips, and zang! The rifle's back in his hands, no snow to brush off, fresh from the prop room.

I can accept a certain level of clumsiness even in a full-on movie, but glaring screw ups like that really take you out of it.

Continuity errors can be shocking in anything put to screen, but one of the worse i can remember seeing recently was in an only five to ten second sequence near the end of Blindspot series one, in which we see Rob Brown's character Reade's rifle change three times in the sequence, in which the character is only walking down a hallway!

Firstly, i don't know how such a sequence slipped past the shows' editors, or how the actor either managed to pick up or was given three different weapons(or he possibly started with one weapon, switched to the wrong one and switched back to the first one), but why the hell did they need to shoot such a simple scene of a man walking a hallway in three different takes?! :) .
