It does take a certain amount of emotional intelligence to appreciate superior writing. Maybe you should stick with Sons of Anarchy or Lost!,

because I advocated instead of Fortitude, watching the shows such as Nordic Noir that this is based on that do have that emotional intelligence, but are the better show not bogged down by falsehood and unseemly mimicry
actually on 2nd thoughts I might watch it now, cos I've run out of Nordic Noir on sky box sets to watch.
shareAfter watching and enjoying season 1 I am having a hard time to orient myself to season 2. The two guys who look almost the same I am confused as heck about who they are. Maybe I need to go back and re-watch season 1, but while it was fun to watch it for the first time, I think it would be hard to watch again, a real effort, it is very slow.
shareI found it very tedious and fell asleep a bunch of times binge watching it. I wasn't impressed with how it ended either. Too much farfetched crap especially in the finale. I thought it was going to be much better. To me it wasn't worth watching.
sharejust finished season 2 and yes it is vety overrated. same premise as the first season, starts out slow, picks up speec then cram everything into the last episode. what was the point of the shaman. he killed for nothing.
i will not be watching a season 3.
